This place saved my life. I was at rock bottom and felt like I had no hope. When I initially arrived, I was so anxiety-ridden with trust issues that I was hesitant to jump in, unlike some of the others there. BUT!!!! The staff and the other residents were so kind and understanding. They encouraged me and worked with me every step of the way. The staff at We Level Up are compassionate and knowledgeable. Group meetings with other residents were a little intimidating, but ultimately, I made solid connections and deep friendships with most residents while I was here. It’s super important to make an effort. You get what you put into it! Once I got involved, things started to click into place, and I’m ever so grateful for the tools I acquired here. I’ve never felt more safe and at ease than I do now.

There is no place like this residential treatment facility. When I arrived at this place, I was so hopeless and tired. I found hope, myself, and some in this place. I’m excited for the future. I also work in mental health myself, so it took a lot for me to admit that I needed help. I have never experienced or witnessed what lives among these walls at any other facility I have been a part of. Do yourself a favor and surrender, and if you’re ready, find your hope at We Level Up. The groups and the support are really what makes this place so unique. I’ll never forget what I have gotten from this program. I do feel like I have leveled up here.
Side note: The groups will make your day every day. The case manager is hilarious and super beautiful. The techs will make your day; there’s no way you can be in a bad mood when you talk to them. The operations manager and the program director are on your side- they go out of their way to keep the peace in this building. I LOVE the staff here, and I’ll never forget them.
